We had the pleasure and privilege of capturing behind-the-scenes of Fil-Am Fashion Week. Founded in 2021 by a small group of Seattle based Fil-Am entrepreneurs and members of the National Federation of Filipinx-American Associations, Fil-Am Fashion Week is a cultural and economic empowerment platform to provide visibility for people of Philippine heritage and their allies in the world of fashion. Managed by three Executive Producers, whether through design, modeling, photography, cosmetics, or narrative influence, FAFW aims for all creatives to promote the message of decolonization and sustainability through the various lenses of fashion.
